SHACMAN Heavy-duty Truck Exports Hit Record High in 2021
OVERSEAS MARKET, Jan 14 (chinatrucks.com) -- According to the data released by Shaanxi Automobile Holdings Group Co., Ltd, its heavy-duty truck exports in 2021 hit a record high of 19000 units in spite of the the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

On January 5, Shaanxi Heavy Duty Automobile Import & Export Co., Ltd. received another order from Africa for hundreds of heavy-duty trucks, marking a grand starting for the new year.
To ensure proper operation of customer's vehicles, SHACMAN's product service assurance teams have kept working on online answering questions for customers and conducted on-site service, 24-hour remote diagnosis, technical support and on-line training for difficult malfunctions. In addition, SHACMAN has also taken many measures like sending parts straightly from the factory, making off-site stock and shipment to ensure an ample supply of important parts and parts needed for “three guarantees” orders.
